Led by Director Camille Williamson, M.A., Adler’s Center for Civic Learning and Community Action makes civic engagement come alive on campus and off. As head of the University’s Social Justice Practicum program, the Center connects students to hundreds of opportunities that create real change in local communities. Working with all three campuses, they helped integrate socially responsible practice into the curricula of Adler’s Online Campus programs and worked with Vancouver to align on broader learning objectives around the Social Justice Practicum.  The team also hosts powerful conversations around identity and intersectionality, provides outlets for political activism, and educates the university community on social justice issues through campus-wide events and exhibits.
